Earlier in the month we were fortunate to meet Papa & Nana for an early Christmas celebration in Palm Springs. Also in attendance were Uncle Tony and T's Uncle Jon, who generously let us catch a ride down there with him. It was so nice to spend time with family, the kids loved being the center of attention. And it was so relaxing, mid- to low 70s and lots of time spent lounging in the pool.

we found the local antiquity charming

On our last day there we all went to the Living Dessert in Palm Dessert; a sort of zoo place with lots of cool animals and more types of cacti than we knew existed. It was great fun and we highly recommend it if you are ever down that way with kids.
